  • Skalability – we simplify the application of solutions or adjust the solutions to the process complexity.

As we are primarily competitive in the companies, which need a flexible ERP system, we rationalised the coordination process of  the ERP functionality with the actual requirements of the company. Such coordination is not customised, as the actual framework of the ERP solution stayed unchanged.

  • Mobility – transfering selected system functionalities on mobile devices.

Many work places require acess to information through mobile devices, thus selected functionalities are adapted to the ergonomics of these devices and the nature of the work place. The Internet of Things has also been introduced – characteristically alerts/work instructions are activated, considering the presence of the person at a certain location.

  • Integrability – great potential to interconnect with other information systems.

The companies we are competitive in usually require a high level of integrability with different external information systems. The capacity of a quick and low-cost integration is of fundamental importance for us.

  • Adjustability/Customisation – Not a Cul-de-sac.

We follow the rule that each adjustability/customisation is integrated into the basic framework of the system in the way that adjustability/customisation need not be created anew in case of a system upgrade. This way we are capable of maintaining a uniform remunerative development environment without parallel development for the requirements of different customers.

  • Low-cost Implementation.

Our standardised inititation procedures concerning environment preparation on the one hand serve the fast preparation of the inital state of the system. On the other hand we are able to adjust to specific requirements of the company when transitioning to a new information system or when introducing new/changed funactionalities of the ERP. For this purpose we use prototypes of functionalities on the basis of which we create a desired business environment in the phase before the actual usuability testing or production use.

  • Response to the Requirements of Our Business Partners.

Requirements of our business partners emerge on different levels of use. Thus good communication with users is essential, both on the operational level and with project sponsors. We are aware of the fact that the time used for the understanding of problems and requirements of our users is of key importance for their sufficient understanding and high quality services. Therefore a continuous investment in communication and a prototype approach when offering solutions is of central importance to us.

  • Suitabe for Complex and/or Specific Business Systems.

We are aware of the fact that our method of approach is not suitable for the companies, which require an ERP with mainly unchangeable functionalities, which do not need frequent adjustments of the ERP to their business requirements/challenges. However, our method of approach is higly competitive in the companies, where appropriately adjusted functionalities of the ERP represent an actual business need. We are useful in the companies, which must adjust to the IT standards of their business partners for instance on a weekly basis, otherwise they incur damage either due to a less efficient cooperation in the form of contractual penalties or due to the decline of cooperation.

  • Inbuilt Local Specifics of the Business Environment.

The Slovenian business environment is specific due to the distincitive features of the Slovenian labour law and economy legislation as well as business and work culture. Foreign-owned companies are more and more aware of this fact, thus they allow the development of local solutions. Greater risk of cooperation with teams such as ours are outweighed by low-cost and fast response.

Application Areas of the ITS4P System

The application areas represent solutions for individual business lines and are integrated into the comprehensive information system ITS4P, which supports operations in production and service companies as well as in groups of undertakings consolidated into a group/holding/corporate group. System functionalities and different forms of user interface are accessible to individual users depending on the definition of work cycles for individual parts of the company, everything based on users’ rights or users’ profiles as well as the characteristics of individual processes (e.g. processing of income invoices, purchasing process, employment process etc.). Ready-made reports enable digging into depth to the level of individual business events or documentation behind these events.

These tools are constantly upgraded with external libraries and other external add-ons, which expand their basic functionalities. Through the development of technologies and platforms we provide for an undisturbed evolution. From the users’ point of view we see to the least noticeable upgrading. We provide/support older versions as long as possible – until global manufacturers practically render these older technologies useless with new platforms.

Working Methods

With the ITIL development methodology we support the uninterrupted life cycle of development, maintenance and upgrading of the software. Our team’s many years of experience on business informatics projects have taught us how to work effectively for our benefit and for the benefit of our partners/customers while following PMBOOK guidelines. To bring our developments as closely as possible to our contracted project partners, we use the prototype approach and simulations in the offer and implementation phase especially with those novelties and changes that are difficult to visualise.
