In the company an information plan is to be established. Types of information and their source location as well as schedules of information to be sent and recipients of information are to be determined.

An increasing number of companies decide for notification and transfer of information among different company stakeholders. Thus, payrolls are transferred electronically, employees voice their needs (e.g. the need for education/training) and sign up “on line” for scheduled events. In the same way company’s collaborators and potential buyers can be integrated.

With a selective traceability of the employees’ location one can activate “just-in-time” information distribution for processes where it is central that the responsible people on specific locations act quickly.
